drove by afew small bodies of water today ade seen a lot of ice some new some old we should only have to wait a few days. I like 6+"

I just looked at the 10 day forecast-tomorrow is the only day it is supposed to get above freezing! :thumbsup:

 8) forum guys, new to iceshanty. I live on a lake in Highland (oakland co. ) and me and my son checked the ice tonght . There seems to be about 4 good and 3 or so bad. Should all freeze up just fine by weekend. Once again great site!

Those gravel pits look good but have about two feet of water around them bring your waders.
