Ice Conditions

Anyone happen to fish Ten Mile today? I'm thinking of heading out tomorrow and wondering what the ice will be like. Is it a safety concern when it's been above zero, or will the snow keep the ice from melting too much?  ???

Went out to Ten Mile this morning, it was pretty slow. Managed to get 2 nice ones but it was hard work. Lots of slush but not as bad as I thought it would be. There is a nice hard packed trail from the launch all the way out. I did see a huge hole beside the trail - looked like someone must have fallen through? Kind of scary as I walked by...  :o
