Soup and Casserole Time

A couple of my favorites...

Any fish will work.

I use fresh spinach with this. Too soggy for me with frozen. Can't never squeeze enough water out.  ::) Again...any fish works.

Made the Cheesy fish fillets w/ spinach for dinner tonight & it was awesome ! I did use fresh spinach & cooked it down a bit w/ some garlic & onion. Used Walleye .Pretty easy recipe. I will be making this again. Not a big fan of fried fish , so this really worked well.
