Let's see some ice shanty food porn.  For the 1st service of ctown ice shanty cafe were gonna try to replicate this burger. My memory serves me correct it was made in SW mass. Oh we caught a few fish also this one included.

Ha that was quite a day.  14 pike for me.  Most in Mass ever.  Here's some blackfish cakes I like to pre make them and bring them out.  Perhaps I will for Saturday...

I’ve got some frozen tautog to work through. Those look great. I’m gonna have to look up a recipe.

I got freezer full for the Ice this year. Venison and Porbeagle shark. If you get a chance to try Porbeagle. It’s amazing

Killer.. that spot used to be ok.  Someone leaked it and it got terrible.  Expect to arrive at 1am if you want the spot.  2am wont cut it. 

I googled up a simple crab cake recipe and let it rip!

Lunch prep done. 3lbs freshly ground 80% chuck burgers, hand packed and spice rubbed, 1.5lbs slow cooked bacon, 1/3lb American cheese and ketchup. Buns are buttered and ready...
