reactivating account after changing email addresses

What a nightmare. I had to create a new account since I changed my email address and none of the  4 emails that I asked for was able to reactivate my existing account. I kept getting error messages saying my account was already activated and when I tried to login, they said that I needed to reactivate my account.The link that was supposed to help if you had issues took me back to an error message so there was no where to enter the numerical password. Extremely frustrating to say the least.Busted back to newbie!
