I'd have to agree, tripe, sushi, and liver. No way I'm eating raw fish or internal organs other than deer heart.

Here, once a year the tradition is to eat fermeted fish, (small fish- it is really rotten fish, smells so bad it has to be eaten outdoors. The taste lasts for hours later. It is called Surströmming. Served with a strong beer or schnaps. So ya, I would have to say rotten fish, but hey, Ill eat it again

that and Pickled Herring has the texture of dead Alewife that has washed up on woodlawn Beach!
