With early archery season in CT I managed some early success  with my bow . Got some tasty vitals for ice fishing.

Nice deer there guys. Been having good luck here in Western NY too. Got three in the freezer and the meat pole is getting heavy with five more. My wife and I are lucky to have friends with small freezers. In addition to my 5, and my wife's doe, we've gotten two donor deer. I still have 2 tags to fill, my wife has 5. Lots of tags available for  my area. I have a new sausage stuffer coming in tomorrow. Going to be plenty of hot dogs, snack sticks, and sausage for the ice. That's if we get any ice here.

Thank you all. Been a great year that's for sure!

Now we just need ice so I can feed friends and others around as always! Any deer that go down for shotgun will be turned into sausage and smoked kielbasa.

Are those 21mm natural sheep casings?

Here is 200lbs of smoked pork/venison kielbasa from last years deer season.

Also some Sun dried tomato and basil, spinach feta, buffalo, and Hot Italian sausages.
