Salvaged the day.

Got blanked this morning but the evening saved the day. 15 FOW and had to work for them. Sounds like weather tomorrow afternoon will slow down fishing over here.

No considering it was only about a 2" perch.  But it felt like a 4 pounder

It was pushin , but not quite there. Had 7/ 9+" and 3/ 8+" the rest were good eaters. A good finish to a dismal start!

Sorry about the late reply. I would say 8-10 inches. Getting water under the snow now in areas where lots of drillin was done. Makes for some heavy boots and plowing sleds! Calling for 3-6 inches tonite last I heard with strong winds. Probably lock things up around here. Throw in sub zero temps next couple a days and more wind. I sense cabin fever settin in!
