16 inches at the head of the bay yesterday off willow tree. Couple inches white ice, probably from that warm up, then solid black ice under that. The wind had blown a lot of the snow off so it's slick! Also very hard and brittle, getting the stakes in wasn't easy. And make sure your auger blades are sharp, or you'll be drilling for a while ( me yesterday).
Not sure how the ice around the point is, plenty of people out in the whitefish hole yesterday so it's probably fine there as well.
