2018 ice

Felt great to get on the ice yesterday. 8 1/2" of hard ice. Bite was slow but caught 3 perch,4 Smalley's, and one walleye 21 1/4".

I like to see people catch fish. I'm not like most guys. I get more out of it if I tell you a place,you go there and catch some fish. I eat what I catch and I jump around allot. I lived in VT and ice fished for 52 years. It's something I enjoy doing with people. I've met a few guys on the ice from here.

Ice is good but the shoreline is rough. I brought up 2 planks to get on. Hopefully it will lock up. I'm going Thursday with the wheeler. 2 days ago there was 8 1/2". It's been single digits up there since. Let me know if you go up today. Curious if the shoreline locked up

Hope to see ya on the ice Wiggles. We caught 7 small mouth and 7 keeper perch. Yesterday up there. The shore locked up. Drove the wheeler down back. Can't seem to find the legals yet. We will,got 3 more places to try there.
