Honorable mention for Large mouth Bass??

I did not register as a user untill after the deadline so i cant win anything.  I just wanted all of you to know to keep a look out for me next year.

Maybe i can get an honorable mention prize. 

Here is a bass I caught this past weekend that was let go unharmed.  It was 26 inches long and 17.5 inches around.

Watch out for Mugz. I think he's keeping this years monster hidden until the deadline. Thats a hell of a fish though! I'd be proud to catch a fish like that anytime.

That will be hard to beat. think about it. a lunker in the north is about 5 pounds because when you can ice fish on a lake, it has to be pretty cold there which means theres less of a growing season. 26 inches...good luck trying to beat that through the ice... florida is a differnt story...

that hog gobbles my 18in. largey...nice fish, we were so surprised to pull a bass (we were fishin walleye) I took a double take to make sure what the hell it was...

BAHAHAHAHAAAA......... ....too funny. I did catch a 6lber this year but it was before the tourney started.... so I couldn't enter it into the tourney, no tourney cards were issued at that time. I do think that next years tourney must have a catagory JUST FOR BASS (I'll even contribute to the prizes) You can't just gauge a bass by it's length. It must be weighed and measured. You could have a 6 lber be 20" and an 5 lber be 24"............which one should win? Which one is the bigger fish??
The 6lber should win.............you really just can't expect a bass to win with it set up the way it is......I'll have to talk to "The Chief"...........
