For inside the fish house I love the 18" HT Blues. I had been using 22" Frabills, but the Blues' sensitivity is considerably better, imo.

For out on the open ice the 24" HT Blue, 23" Shakespeare Wild, or 24" Berkley Lightning. I'm not fond of long ice rods.

I have the Elliot (who are the 2 brothers of 2B) Evolution 44"UL...which is very similar to the 42" Noodle. I like it.

These get back to your original question - what is your price point? 

JT Outdoors, 2B and TUCR are all great selections - depends on what you want to pay for the noodle rod.  Do you need this as your first jump into a noodle rod? 

If you can look at cheaper options, you have a ton of other options.  You really need to answer the cost question first, then others can suggest brands.  Right now you have options ranging from $30 - $150

If you have those lines of rods already then, I would suggest the Precision Noodle as the style of rod.  From what I have heard, you should also think about calling each vendor - TUCR and 2B have excellent customer assistance to select the proper rod that you are looking at.  You can't go wrong with either of those brands.  You should be in good hands. 

I don't have experience with the JT Outdoors rods, but have seen and handled them.  They would be a rod that I would also look at.  As to which one, email or call their customer service and they should be able to direct you to the line of rod. 

As for me, I use a mid level brand, so I'm not playing in your range of rods.

I have an Elliot es42 Noodle, handles panfish to pike and walleyes. Even got a 25" whitefish in 4.5fow on it. It's my go to rod, 2nd is the TUCR Bullewhip.

In my opinion the 2b ultimate nood is best with 5mm tungsten and 1/16 spoons. The Elliot Odyssey 32” super noodle is a different kind of animal and is absolutely amazing with 4mm tungsten and does quite well with 3mm tungsten. It has a good backbone also and handles bigger panfish acceptably.

Why noodle rod?

Been happy with the Clam Scepter Stick 30" noodle on the cheaper end of things - 4mm and lighter spoons (VMC Bull Spoon, Kastmasters).

That is the rod that I have and have now used for 3 yrs now. Really satisfied with that design. Wish the handle was a little longer but that’s my only complaint.

I have a big nood from 2b and a friend fishes the tuned ups I’d choose a 32” precision noodle over the 2b if I had to because I like a faster shut off for deeper water/ big crappies and perch

Power noodle rod blanks from Bass Khang. I make mine 32 in they have a soft tip and strong backbone.

These are the blanks I build on now that’s funny you mention this I fish the finesse noodle for gills and shallow water less than 10 feet also but much slower then the power noodle

I have a 28in DH Customs Al Dente, 32in TUCR Precision Noodle and a 32in JT Custom Rogue. I also sold a TUCR Bullwhip last year (not a fan of the Bullwhip compared to these other rods personally)

The Al Dente has the lightest/most sensitive tip, followed by the JT Rogue and then the TUCR Precision Noodle. If Im using smaller than a 4mm tungsten, the Al Dente is my go to, but most of my fishing is with 4mm to 5mm to be honest. Typically I reach for the JT Rogue or the TUCR Precision Noodle based on what jig/plastic combo is tied on each one
