to get to moraine
take 51 south
make left thru liberty tubes
follow signs to 579 north (Veterans Bridge )
folow 579 till it merges with Rt 79 north
stay on 79 to exit 99 (rt 422)
there will be signs that will direct you to the NORTH SHORE.
you will make a Left to Mcdaniels launch

Good to hear Lil Mag! I'll be there, and will have a Buffalo chicken dip and nacho's. I'm bringing a meat and cheese tray as well. If any of you have a "straight line rod and reel" (fly reel, etc) set-up, would you mind bringing it along? I was in Erie today looking for one, but struck out.

I must say this was the best day we have had so far. I counted 20, and turbo the wonder dog.
we didnt need a fire to keep warm . We didnt have to brave an icestorm to get there
As usual entirely too much food , and it all was fabulous.
There is no way you can beat a day with good friends , good food and just a day to bs and laugh for a change.
To all of you I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. ( If we are still here after the 21)

The gathering was a super hit again this year with darn near 20 showing up.The food was awesome and seems to get better every year. Gary(Parks Guy) thank-you for putting this together you will see me there again next year for sure! Godd to see old faces and some new ones welcome scott to pa we will get together. If the ice doesn't come as I mentioned I am going to travel (road trip) I will post where and when and if any one want to hook up and go you are more than welcome!!! See you all on ice soon I Hope!!!!!!
