Took a road trip to Idaho!

Henry's Lake. Well worth the trip! Elected to grab a room in Ennis, Mt a little over 50 miles away, a neat little mountain town and recommend the Alley Bistro for a killer steak!  :tipup:❄

How was the snow situation on the ice Wyoutdoors? I'm going to head over on Black Friday and spend the weekend. Need to figure out what machine and shanty to take. I realize conditions are probably going to change by then... Thank you.   :tipup:

This cam is at the entrance to the state park. There's not a drop of snow right now but like you said it's coming. I've put alot off good info on the 1st post of the R&C board for Idaho. Including some maps for areas and depth

Just a light skiff of snow here and there I fished Staley Springs. Didn't wear spikes but some glare ice between patches of the light snow made me think about slapping them on! 🎣❄👊🏼

Cascade could happen this season, although I'm in talks to meet a MN guy possibly on Devil's Lake soon! 🎣❄👊🏼

FYI - Spoke to a guy who was there today and said they could be expecting 2-4" of snow each day this week.  :tipup:

That cam will let you know. There's one at the wild rose also but it's down until his guy gets up there from Idaho falls to replace it
