What's in my rainbow? Parasite?

Cleaning my fish that I caught yesterday I'm noticing something I've never seen before on the skin in between the skin and the meat. Anybody know what this is? Is it a bug? This was at a Laramie plains lake that had an algae bloom late summer fall. Does that have anything to do with it? I caught two fish at this lake and one did not have these little black spots, and I caught a fish in a nearby lake that did not have these black spots. I'm worried if I should eat it or not or be  worried about anything that it's touched?

The same black spots that we see in panfish and bass. They are fine as long as you cook them, but they’re unsightly for sure.
