yep... everybody has to be flexible on the week though...don't want to get slammed with weather. last minute adjustments in days down there. We delayed a week and should have done 2

I'm in and flexible....Cant frigging wait!!! I'm going to have sled and quad ready for next year. messed up and only got quad ready this year.

It's a motley crew for sure !! You guys are lucky my youngest knocked my laptop and it cracked Friday and won't turn on .. Otherwise, there'd be more incriminating evidence. 9 hours of perch purgatory and in 90 mins we caught 90% of those fish .. We were 15 mins away from packing up when the party started. What a day ..!! The fish gods looked our way for sure.

Seen about 15 guys out of Hamburg. Looks like the nicest ice of the season, blue, and flat. Wish we had it earlier in the season! Good luck, and stay safe.

Sometimes emeralds can be had at thr Foot Of Ferry Street, at the dead zone along the railing towards the Peace Bridge end of tgr park, also, bait sometimes will appear at the Ontario Street boat launch.

Bridge is still being worked on.
At least it was a week ago.

But as you said, try foot of Ontario.
But look all around over there.
Even in the small creek.

Also try Beaver Island Marina.
They are usually packed in there in the springtime just before iceout and pulling the ice boom.

No minnows in any of the regular spots. I been checking a few times a week. It's a weird year.

All right 40 mph winds tomorrow, gonna get out on some moving ice cut a hole drop a 3 way swivel down with weight & a worm harness & troll for walleye.

Yeah I'd say I'm hanging it up for the season also , I was out there Sat also. Not my first time being in that situation, my brother & I were out off Pinehurst a long time ago & it shoved like that. Had to jump over about 3 ft of open water that time.
