KANSAS ICE FORUM!! need some replies!

In Depth Outdoors did a Kansas ice fishing show last year actually and it was hilarious.  The locals were using full size poles jigging 1/4 jig heads.  I think it was Glen Elder.

Every time I've gone down there I've been out fished by them fishing like that lol. I've had electronics and hardly see anything and they're hole hopping with full rods, 1/4 oz jig heads, and tubes. I think I have more tools in my arsenal to get them to bite this year. They didn't want waxies or minnows that's for sure.

A Kansas Ice Forum would be AWESOME!!! I fish mostly the Manhattan area Tuttle Creek and Pot 2. Lets hope this ice season is as good as last season was.

Why should any ice fisherman be denied a state site no matter how little ice they get??? The site will get more KS ice fisherman to know each other and allow the sport to grow. In to days world of tree huggers and anti this and that we should all be doing everything we can to grow our sport and helping out those who need it. Heck a lot of people in the mid west will use it.

Although I do not like any form of "rock chalk", they do have good fishing. I think a Kansas forum would be great!
