Yes you do John, anything up to the first obstruction meaning dam needs a permit
Never get excited there's a reason for everything,I just don't know what it is??

It's difficult to justify such a high dollar percentage of my license going to that fishery, until I see how well it is managed.  I always enjoy steelhead fishin...and the ice fishin has never disappointed me.  Oh...and I almost forgot about the walleye and perch...
