Headed up on a solo mission most likely friday or saturday to the big lake. I have an idea as to where ill be fishing. If anyone is going out and wants company, hit me up and we can make some plans.

Drop some traps between chase and farm island, that rock pile has produced some decent cusk for me in the past

Ill be out there as well walking. Most likely have my camo rain gear on to stay dry from the snow and rain this morning and to stay light and mobile vs ice suit. If you see me, ride on over. Ill be jigging minus a tip up first light, then just jigging. Can always double team.

Well that's officially a wrap for my ice season. I am glad i made the run north as I absolutely hammered the target species this trip. Oddly enough, i did not mark or see any bait nor any lake trout. My guessnis open water at the broads with more oxygen. But, like clockwork, the whites were around to play along with some smallmouth. Hope you all had a successful ice season as well. The fish sandwiches were well earned on these solo missions.
