Was able to get out on Saturday with the masses and whack em up pretty good.
Three guys in about three hours. Biggest was about 10". Perfect eater size
was able to get into a pretty nice bow too.
I have a feeling this weather this week is going to put quite the damper on the ice.

It was. I looked down my hole at one point and saw a million fish swimming around. There were times where my whole water column was red on my vex. Probably let a good 60% of the fish go too

Nice haul! The perch harvest this weekend should help keep those boogers in check. Should also allow the perch still swimming more food to grow into jumbos. Place is overrun by those water rats

It def. could. I was talking to the ranger out there, they said they don't plan on stocking any wiper out there for quite some time. Hopefully it does not turn into a lake full of dinks

I thought the same thing. I got another one a bit later that was about the same size and it had great colors too. Pretty rare for metro snot rockets

Hate to inform you mattyt but a iced Slimer is a automatic 5 fish deduction. Keeper Eye gets you 10 bonus fish in the overall count. Perch/Crappie even money count for 1.

I was told that unlike most places around the area, the rainbow trout actually spawn in this particular lake.
