Any of you guys have a good number for Apps Landing? Tried calling the one that keeps coming up ((315) 675-8542) but it says its " no longer in service".   Thanks in advance!

Try 675-8334 I think that is the number, somebody will correct me if I am wrong. The number you have was the shop a long time ago.

It is for sale but I had not heard that it has been sold yet. The shop is always closed this time of year until we get ice anyway.

Give him a try, he might still be renting.

Somebody is putting you on! There is absolutely no way there is that much, if any ice, at Lewis Point. I don't even think the bays are skimmed over yet.

My boat is still in & we're fishing through 12/17 at least.... surface temps are 39 degree's, it'll be the first of January, with ideal conditions, before Lewis Pt. is safe.
(but unless there is a substantial change in the long range forecast, it'll be a couple weeks into January)

I talked to an ol timer today that I icefish with.  He said that according to his fishing journals, he was fishing the rockpile in constantia on this date in 1982.  Crazy how short our ice season has gotten over the years.
