I painted the guide foot with a floro green paint and wrapped with pro wrap 552  neon green non color fast...this thread isn't close to neon green but if over the top of green its close.  The color fast version obviously doesn't darken at all.

looks great !  Another option I do sometimes is mix a drop of neon airbrush paint in epoxy to match the different color tips , and to add a bead on some . Works well

I have started using a drop or two of Testors floro green or orange in with the epoxy for making beads for the tip as well.

x2!

I used that fluoro green and orange Testors and epoxy many years ago to make some custom "glowing" inserts for handgun sights. Incredibly durable, I never had one break out.

I've been sliding a glass or hard plastic bead over the tip top tubes on my rods then applying thread finish over - seems to work pretty well
