just got 17 Al's goldfish lures for free anyone ever use them to jig trout and how do they work. they are all brand new.

Never tried ice jigging with Goldfish. However I do well casting and retrieving them in open water for trout, pickeral and bass in the smaller sizes.

This lure seems to need the action that reelin creates. Not so sure it would jig great....sporadic...ma ybe. :tipup:
