Title: Battery Box Help

I'm looking to get one of the ones that I see guys custom build to run LED lights in my hub.  My ultimate plan is wire LED light strips into my hub, then just plug them into the box (hopefully with a dimmer switch).  I like the ones that have a spotlight and work light built into the box.  I'd also like to be able to run a fan off it and be able to charge my cell phone. 

Does anyone have plans for building one, or know of someone who would build one for me?  I have some pretty limited electrical experience, but I've got a dremel tool and a solder pen.  How much effort does it take to build one?
