1st time out
« on: Mar 07, 2015, 07:39 PM »
Hey guys my wife and I just moved to Hubbell this last weekend. Ive been unpacking and getting things squared away in the house and am finally getting to the point where I can take some time and explore a little. Im wondering where would be a good lake to try for some crappies or eyes. I know this is a bit straight forward but with the forecast of higher temps im afraid there wont be to many more days of safe hard water. Im thinking of heading out tomorrow (Sun) afternoon to try and get something to bite. Also if there is any other Vets in the area that dont have the equipment or just want  to head out let me know im happy to take whom ever I can. Not looking for someones hot spots but looking to get on some fish. Any info would be great thanks.

Can't help ya on locations, but you should be okay on ice for quite a while yet, most lakes have a good 2-3 feet of ice right now

Chassel Bay should meet your requirements.
