Moose Permit Problems?

Anyone else experiencing problems on the MeFishandWildlife website...cant get my online application to get past step 2...im starting to lose it as ive been trying since 5:30....its now 9pm...NOT happy  :'(

Maine Fish & Wildlife was accepting applications yesterday at the Sportsmans Show by computer.  I believe April 1st was the deadline.
