   any white meat fish from fresh or salt water. Breaded and fryed. Northern Pike would be my first choice.

Gills, Perch and crappie.  They are all great especially during the winter.  I cant wait for some more fish ;D

love the perch . . . but a nice native brook trout is always a favorite in my book!!!
