 :o Wow!...I bet that was a blast to reel in.  I'de probably think twice about pulling it into the boat though.  That things barbs could cause some serious damage if it thrashed in the boat.

Ive seen that vid before, honestly hands down catfishing is my second favorite type of fishing.  Obv you all know my first, but catfishing lb for lb regardless of species cannot be beat.

Ive had 10lb cats take up to 20 minutes to land, and thats only 10lbs, imagine what a 90lb blue or flathead would be like.

Honestly, farm raised catfish are my favorite freshwater fish to eat. I used to live in the south.

Here is a 45 pounder(blue cat) I caught on a 7' medium action rod, with 8lb line while carp fishing.  What a blast it was running around the lake trying to keep line on my spool.

PS-  I'm on the left.  8)
