Awsome!  You caught a few dinners -- while on your dinner break.  That's what I call making the most of your time.  Nice job.  I can't think of a better way to spend a 45 minute break.

Nice catch a little small though.

I usually only keep 7 to 8.5 inchers to eat, all the bigger ones go back.

Stumper,  thanks for the replies.  I've always fished with Marmooska's here in centrtal Wisconsin.  Gonna have to try out some of those frostee jigs.  What's your favorite and luckiest color and size?  If you don't want to tell anymore of your secrets that's ok.  Thanks again!  f-n-f

Here is todays batch fresh off the frostee ;D

Let me tell you, that was the COLDEST I have EVER been out fishing in!!!! It was 2 below zero with 35 mph winds, not sure what the wind chill was but  :o :o that walk back to the truck SUCKED!!!The fish were even freezing on the floor of my Hardside. We didnt think to pack snow around it yestrday so we had 4 inches of snow as well as 2 ft drifts out of each hole when we got there. The fish were hungry though ;D

Here is a pic after we shoveled a buch out and stoked up the fire.

I don't get any gills where I'm at so I like seeing pics of them.Fish you have never fished for are like women you can't have, they drive you nuts ;D ;D ;D ;)
There is nothing better than the smile on a childs face when they see the fish come up through the hole.
