Getting my squad ready for pulling

Here's a picture of Zip (she's a Kelpie) pulling our small sled on Ocean Lake in Wyoming...The little dog in the sled is Midget. We just use a horse halter as a harness and it works great.  She loves to pull - she's always trying to put the harness on as soon as we pick it up.  Zip is more of a fishing addict than either me or my husband, which is hard to believe...

A little background I'm a huge Broncos and Avalanche fan. About 6 years ago the wife planned a vacation to Denver got to see both play and both won. But the best time we had was a dog sled ride in the Rockies, those dogs were amazing. Mr sodus you have beautiful dogs.

They're pulling Sodus Fri 1/14, I'm on a charter with Troutman (Capt. John Oravec) in the Niagara River gorge Sat and down to Canadice Sunday!

great idea on the horse/tack equipment.
the dogs do love to pull. and they go crazy as soon as they figure out where you're taking them!
