Cookin crappies

While the oil is heating up in your iron skillet, (thermometer), soak fillets in EAGLE BRAND condensed sweet milk. Coat your fillets however you wish, using Kikkoman's japanese style breadcrumbs. Fry, when eating, I love to dip mine in honey..
