Backcountry Fishing
« on: Jan 31, 2005, 05:24 PM »
Went on a very cool fishing trip this past weekend. One hour snowmobile ride to get in then spent two nights on the ice in a 14' x 14' insulated shanty. Main species was lake trout but put a tip-up out for pike late in the day and wished I'd done it earlier!   :'(  Finally decent weather up here too....first nice weekend of the winter.
