Has Anyone Fished Carmi Recently If So Whats Catching? Are The Walleye Still Hitting? Never Been There Before .
Whats The Best Times For Catching There And Should We set-up shallow or deep? Just Trying To Collect Info Before We Go.

I've had the most consistent action in the deeper water, haven't been up there this year though. (guess I'm not living up to my handle eh?  ) Some of my friends have though, and they've had good catches all over the lake they said. They've been heaidng out from the state park launch.

The bite has been fair-good this year we have got Walleye from 5' to 30'.  Just put some lines in the water and you have a good chance getting fish.  I will be there in the AM and maybe sunday as well.  I just dont want to over do it before the derby.  Goose
