got my first whitefish

I was lake trout fishing the other day, and pulled up these puppies, they definetly fought hard, much harder than lakers of comparable size.

didn't measure the length on them, but the bigger one was around 4lbs on the scale

 Way to go!, those are nice looking whitefish, you are right they do fight hard as do there smaller relative the cisco or tullibee. I have caught mine on small rubber grubs and on dropper rigs, how did you catch your? Good Fishing
