Another decent perch from a tiny lake today. Off to the sunshine state for a week, looks like T shirt weather. Hoping to get a day out on Biscayne bay @)

Back from a few days in Florida. Wasn't a fishing trip this time, but I did manage to put in 6 hours on Biscayne bay, and couple hours on the Pompano beach pier after a meeting was cancelled at the last minute.

Yup. Funny enough, my ice fishing gear would have made a killing on those Filefish off the pier, their mouths are about the same size as a medium sunfish.

Use to love it when we went to Jamaica every winter and I bring a rod and would tell the locals I was standing on 2ft of ice last week catching fish.. There response . Yo Mon yoal crazy..... ;D ;D ;D
