Easy stuffed panfish
« on: Mar 13, 2011, 05:55 PM »
I saw the stuffed walley recipe on here and said hey that looks good.
So while at the fish market at a local store I saw stuffed crab shells and they had stuffed clam's too. 1.50 hmmm I thought they did all the work for me I had a bag of fresh crappy and perch.
1 crab 1 clam 3.00$ nice price for what I was about to do with them.
Step 1 Preheat oven to 375
2Remove filling from shell.
3 role up the filling with your fish fillets and add what spice you want I used salt pepper and the staple of my cuisine Tony chacheres creole seasoning pin shut with toothpicks.
4 set a nonstick cookie sheet in oven for a min remove and rub butter all over it.
5 set your Easy stuffed fish on the sheet cook 12-14 min.
They are out of the world good. Next time I'm gona use a little cheese.

I've done a similar recipe, but bought a 1lb can of crab meat special blend, and added a few seasoned bread crumbs, butter, and made the fish roll ups, nice change of pace from the fish fry,but I do like them fried!
