Anyone know what kind of auger this is? Head looks real similar to the nils.

Looks like it doesn't have separate blades, which makes it a Nils.

It's a finbore II, I just picked one up at a thrift store for $10. The old price tag was still stuck on the blade so I hope it isn't dull, been trying to find out how to sharpen or get replacement for it.

Looks identical to nils. That blade head comes off when you remove the bolt in it. Frank ( sharp nils) could sharpen this for you. Don't try it yourself. And get a guard to send with it.  Nils for sure good find!

I found them on Fish Usa also. $69.95 for a new 6". I think I will see about sending mine to Frank, I did try and cut with it last year, wouldn't cut at all.

After doing a little more research I do think it is an older Fin-Bore. Next question do you think that a Nils blade cover will fit it?

Nice find.   Its an old Finn Bore.    I see about a dozen of those a year and like yours,  have rust and need the bottom resurfaced.
A Strike Master Lazer cover works well on those.
