For anyone interested............ ..1 can beer, yor favorite seasonings, your fillets..............s team..........sevre w/ warm butterine/garlic.........cocktail sauce......yum........ ...but first you gotta ketchum..........I'm still the king and I can outfish anyone...........eat your fishhearts out!!!

I prefer about 3 beers and some good friends. I'll be poor any day...
I have found that flash-frying the fillets in clean oil without anything is the best.
Good bread helps, too!
