I personally don’t pay attention to predictions, when I feel it’s safe I head out with my spud ,

Goon boy and I went to the open house at
Lake shore outfitters on the south shore
They have a well stocked store , lures augers , shelters , rods & reels and more , nice seeing some of the guys to BS with , I wish them luck

Just crossed over on the 81 bridge on my way north. Lots of ice out there today, looks like big bay skimmed over completely "can't confirm"

According to the long term forecast I look at it appears this week's cold temperatures will not last. Looks like highs in the upper 30s to low 40s through the New Year. Sure, hope the long-term forecast is fake news. Of course, that long term forecast could change in the next few minutes!

Was by nehawatha or how ever you spell it yesterday was prolly 90% or so locked. Don’t know anything about that lake just know it was covered and had to look it up for what lake it was

If it locks good Thurs - Sunday it will probably be ok. Temps below freezing every night and no rain. Play it out and see what happens.
