try spikes on small jigs in 6 foot of water close to weed early mornings and just before dark seems the best ....... hey you can copy and paste this and use it ever year big bay never changes

fished williams park this morning.....holy crap, can you say cold.......slow as hell......ended up with 6 good perch and 1 14" eye in 4 hrs........didn't mark many fish where I was......s.e. of dunhams....18 fow........ice is fantastic....at least 10" plus ........only issue was the jack asses who double parked in the lot and blocked multiple folks in......I got lucky and found my way out.........just food for thought folks - if there are no parking spots left you can't park.....1st come first serve.......

Got out today from 7:30-10:30. Ice was good. Slow except for a little flury I had around 9. Ended up with 3 keepers - 4 shorts - and 2 perch.

Went out of Godfrey this morning 10-12" of ice 3"white 7-9" clear lots of slush under ice. Punched my first and only whole today put transducer in water and what do u know broken

I was going to leave but decided to go old school for few hrs . Ended up doing 3 outta 4 , 2 shorts 1 nice perch. Now the big wait for new transducer 8-10 days
