I picked up a Masterbuilt 30" electric digital smoker off a dent and scratch sale for less than $200.
So far I have been very impressed with it.
I added the side smoker for cold smoking fish and cheese.
I also added on the wheeled legs for better mobility.
I was surprised at how well the digital control holds its temperature, even in cold weather.
Smoked a pork roast yesterday when it was 29 degrees, snowing, and it held its temperature just fine.
Now I need to find a good wireless meat probe.
Lots and Lots of good smokers available, just my 2 cents on this one.
Good Luck All

Roast looks fantastic. Here's an option for a remote thermometer (on "Outlet Special"). I can attest for Thermoworks' quality and accuracy:

Thermoworks looks like the one I need to order.
500' range is nice, I can watch the game and still track what's happing with the smoker.
Thanks Guys

Looks good!
I love my Master Built. Yep - holds temp well, so I've smoked stuff in the dead of winter.

for tips & recipes. I've used his Salmon Candy recipe w/ lake trout. Turns out great.
