Anyone know if the store is still open? Ice fishing stuff out? Also anyone have a working number for the place? Thanks!

Yup still open was just there. Do not have a number. Not a whole lot of ice gear but do have $10 rod reel combos.

They have expanded their hours quite a bit. They are now open Tuesday through Saturday. Store number is 630-552-9442. Last time I was there was almost a month ago and they were just starting to put out more ice fishing stuff. I will say this, as someone who has been going there for many many years, it isn't nearly as good as it used to be. Yes, there are some deals, but prices have crept up considerably. In fact, I have actually seen items that were more than I could get them on sale or on clearance at regular retailers, but you just have to check. They used to mostly have blemish or defect items that were dirt cheap, not it seems more like returns and overstock that they price under retail but probably above wholesale (that's just a guess). If I get by there in the nect week or so, I'll post an update on what deals they have.

What kinda gear do they have? I thought plano just made their cases

plano is the parent company of Frabill...so the store is not only the normal plano cases/bags, storage containers, etc. it also includes all Frabill products.
