Being an avid carp fisherman I had an idea last night on how to use my bite alarms and remote receiver. The alarms and reciever work up to 300yards away and have audible and vibrate mode just like a pager. When the line rolls over the alarm wheel it sets off the receiver. With parts I had laying around my garage I made a prototype this morning and will test it out on some walleye waters tonight. Will put up more pictures and video after the trip.

well it worked.........
no biggies, and I gotta tweak the rigs a bit, rather than take apart more tipups I'm going to get some starboard material, cut it to the size I need and figure out the best rod holder.
