Weber Go-Anywhere gas grill
« on: Dec 28, 2006, 06:20 PM »
I used my dad's last year and just loved grilling on it, So he got me one for x-mas. This grill work very well to where it has a V plate under the grilling surface so the grease rolls down and has no flames coming up onto the food all the heat comes off the V plate. Just wanted to tell everyone about a great experience with a grill on the ice. Does any one else have one. They cost a little more than the cheaper ones but I think it's well worth it for around 50.00.

I've used the much cheaper Charbroil version (black rectangular shaped Gas grill).
Has some flare ups, but heck, that gives the food it's flavor!

Yeah keep it away from the gas tank especially since you lost the gas cap to the truck.  ;D
I live in the midwest now but have fond memories of fishing in New England as a kid.

I can understand that.  I usually place it either on the ice or on a small folding table.

That could be to. Don't really matter as long as you make it look good when doing it
