Atlernate Cooking Methods

I have a freezer full of fish, and I need to get rid of some. My wife does not like it baked or fried, so, I need some ideas on other ways to cook the fish. We have poached some, and she liked that, so that's an option. Help me out here guys.

Wow, you are not making this easy.
grilled, steamed, those are two options you have not ruled out. Is it the cooking method that she does not like, or what is done with it, try various sauces, or different applications.. fish taco's or a fish chowder/stew (tomato based bot cream based)

try to use a dairy alternative such a soy milk amond milk there are others also. I am lactoce and gulten intolerant. You may want to try a dressing like italain and grill the fish .

BBQ'd on bamboo/wood sticks.
Seasoned & baked?
Keep seasoning light. A little garlic & italian seasoning + salt & pepper works for me.
Just don't over cook fish. If it's dried out it's garbage. A little lemon or vinegar + salt & pepper when served goes great.

Make some fish patties. First, poach fillets in seasoned water (I use Old Bay). When done, put all fillets in a bowl and flake them. Add chopped onion, celery, green or red pepper, an egg or two, breadcrumbs, whatever seasonings you want, and some mashed potatoes (leftovers work fine for this). Mix together and form patties, then dip each side of patties into breadcrumbs. I like to put them on wax paper on a cookie sheet and freeze individually, then put them back in the freezer in a bowl or bag. That way you can take out only as many as you need at a time. Bake or fry to serve.

Fish tacos are awesome. Cook fish however you like, serve in taco shells (soft or hard) with shredded cabbage, cilantro, lime juice and salsa.
