saved some fillets from last week smoker...cut in cream cheese cranberry ..smoked trout...deep fried the peppers....awesome.... fun time around the fryer....smoked trout .cranberry cream cheese...jalapeno poppers..as good as it gets....

Sounds amazing. I do something very similar fairly often minus the cranberry. I will have to try it your way soon. Is the cranberry cream cheese store bought together? I don't recall seeing it before.

no...just finely cut some craisans..also lemon juice..dill leaves..and a little finely chopped shallot and garlic

Loving the kitchen ideas here on the posts.. we make chile rellonos here as well and including the growing
of the peppers it is a lot of work and a labor of love. Told my wife about the smoked trout in the filling and
certainly caught here attention. Thanks
