Big manistique lake

Heading up to big manistique in a couple weeks. Never been before, but hear it is nice. Any tips, or comments welcome.

We're are heading up to Big Manistique this coming Friday.  We'll be staying in Engadine.  Just wondering if anyone is driving trucks on the Big Lake yet?  What about the South Lake?

    Salt, I know you guys will have a good time, Yooper is a great host ! Hope you catch some fish. Nate said he drove out on the ice when he was up there last week.
