I posted this over in the Colorado forum, and others asked me to post it here. It's an easy and amazing sauce to go with any fish tacos!

Nate's Feisty Fish Breading1/2 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Slap ya Mamma Seasoning Mix, to taste
Garlic Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Plain all purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
Olive oil for frying
To bread the fillets, first coat in plain white flour. Next, dip in egg wash, followed by coating in seasoned bread crumb mixture.
Pan fry until golden brown in olive oil. I think this gives the fish the best flavor.
