I have never had much luck in the main river itself, but there are several 'set backs" on the parson's & washburn road that I have done very well in.

I would love to find a good spot up in the county. I go to school in Presque Isle and have tossed some traps in some bodies of water here-and-there but never had any good luck. Caught a few dace last year but nothing this year. Going to try and trap some small holding ponds around town soon. Let me know how you do in the Aroostook and I'll be sure to let you know if I find anything worth while  ;)

Try that spot I told you about as last I knew I was the only one trapping it and it could use some more removal.
