 ??? CAN A PERSON FISH WITH A LICENSE FROM LAST YEAR - UNTIL HE GETS A NEW ONE? IS THERE A GRACE PERIOD FOR THOSE OF US WITH REAL SHORT MEMORIES?

I prettysure  you have till the 10nth of Jan.it's the same as a hunting license.
